How we work differently

During the weekdays, passionate sales team travels in the field to constantly update our internal database such as availability of the flats, builder details and resale property so that the modus operandi of success is drawn right at the planning stage. Next, the sales team would device a strategy based on the inputs gathered, and accordingly divide workforce to visit customers in person for further discussion of their requirements and also visit the customers place to discus. This approach gives further clarity about the type of requirements, the customer is looking vis-à-vis availability of the flats.

Based on the discussion between sales representatives and the customer, appointments are made with builders to show them actual properties in the field. This differential approach has been the hallmark of Sarvaria & Brothers till date and will continue in future too. We have discovered that this unique approach saves precious time of the customers in selecting their ideal property. Another unique feature of our working style is, we provide customized database of property options-'pre-read' for each customer, based on their requirements, before actual visit to the property. The details include building type, mode of payment- fullCheque / own contribution, possession of the flats, total floors, area of the flat, amenities in the building (swimming pool, gymnasium, club house and so on specific area in mira road. Other requirements: such as near by schools, hospital, children playground etc. These details enables the customer to visualize their 'home' and not just property where they plan to live. The ultimate USP of the agency is to maintain Transparency: we always keep transparency about deal between the seller and the buyer which includes Property rates, Payment Terms, Area of Property, Availability in the project, Floor rise among other details so as to make the customers feel comfortable.

Just to enlist the achievements of Sarvaria and Brothers, since inception with a single ownership company in March’ 2010 and year on year has shown significant progress in conversion of selling of flats from an average of 12 flats to 100 flast per year. The rise of 800% in our business also testifies our unique approach to the conventional property dealing business. Till now around 350 Flats have been sold under our facilitation worth Rs. 200 Crores. Each year the manpower for office work and sales team has been re-enforced with addition of quality people who would like to work for this organization. Presently we have 32 employees , which include - HR, marketing, back office support, sales managers, after sales executive, accounts & documentation executives.
